Radio. Rental includes all utilities, parking, & use of all
facilities.

You can enjoy dining, nightlife, shops, grocery stores, pharmacies,
and various other attractions all within walking distance, or take
the "Trolley" bus to your destination! Historic Ft. Desoto is a 10
minute drive, where you can enjoy a day at the beach, or explore the
historic Fort. Maybe even try your luck at some surf fishing! Tampa
Airport is 45 minutes, and downtown St. Petersburg is 15 minutes.
Golf courses are also a short drive away. You are close to
