Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to our Rocky Mountain Heavenly Retreat. Situated in the 
woods of the Wildernest Subdivision above Silverthorne, our 
townhouse is just minutes from world class skiing, hiking, outlet 
mall shopping, and other Colorado indoor/outdoor activities 
(see “Activities and Attractions” below). 

Our three story townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a 
private hot tub — the townhouse will accommodate 8 people 
comfortably: (Upper level) = master bedroom with king size bed, full 
bath and small deck; (Main floor) = living/dining area with kitchen, 
1/2 bath, and small deck; (Lower level) = full bath; three bedrooms: 
one king, one double and one with two twins; private hot tub 
(outside 
deck); and washer/dryer for your convenience. Sorry – No Smoking and 
No Pets, please.

* We reserve the right to change rates from time to time and to 
offer specials.

** To confirm your reservation, we require a 
reservation/confirmation 
deposit equal to one night's lodging. Payment of the balance is due 
30 days prior to your planned arrival date. Additionally, a 
security/damage deposit, equal to one night's lodging, is required 
which will be refunded to you within two weeks, provided the unit is 
returned in the same condition it was received. There is a $110.00 
cleaning fee, which is waived for stays of more than five (5) 
nights.
