Summer Rates:
Monthly Rate: $11,000
Weekly: 3,000
Weekend rates will be considered upon request

- For monthly: Renter is responsible for electricity, phone, satellite TV, BBQ
gas, and trash pick-up expenses
- 50% deposit required at time of reservation and the remaining 50%
due prior to arrival
- Security deposit of 20% of total rental due prior to arrival with
a minimum of $800, which is refundable assuming there is no damage
- Cleaning fee of $150. If more cleaning is needed, that amount will be  deducted from the security deposit
- Deposits are only fully refundable only if we are able to obtain
another renter for the same period
- Must sign rental application and agreement
