Siesta key is a small key about 7 miles long offshore from Sarasota,
Florida. It is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in
the world with the most beautiful sunsets. The complex is located on Crescent Beach and situated
on the widest portion of the beach.
My condo is 1,200 square feet and over looks the Gulf of Mexico. Since it is
on the first floor you have a lanai that you can enjoy coffee
outside
in the morning looking at the beautiful water. It is about 200 feet
from the ocean itself.
Completely updated with designer finishes throughout and furnishings
from Robb & Stuckey. All bathrooms redone, new flooring, plantation
shutters, and new appliances. Large icemaker in the refrigerator and
a water filtration system is also in the refrigerator. No need for
bottled water.
There are TV's in all bedrooms as well as the family area. Mirrors
are on walls that give you the feeling of openess and you can see
the
ocean from the bedroom looking into the mirrors. One (1) covered
parking space is available for this unit. The second photo is the
view from the lanai of the condo.
The second bedroom has one full bed and one twin with an adjacent
full bath with large vanity and combination tub/shower.
The unit is stocked with an ample supply of towels and linens and a
washer and dryer is just a few steps from this unit.

Blender, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, toaster oven, mixer, iron,
etc. Dvd tape player with tv in the living. Ceiling fans in all
rooms as well as hair dryer in each bath.
For the cook there is a complete line of spices for your use while
staying in the condo.
Additional amenities include tennis court, heated pool, sundeck
overlooking gulf with gas grills for a wonderful sunset in the
evening. You can walk to dining, video stores, drug stores, grocery
and gift stores. The complex does not allow pets of renters. I am sorry.

Golf, snorkling, fishing, scuba diving, bicycle rentals,
parasailing,
windsurfing, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, kayaking, and
waterskiing
are just a few of the wonderful activities to enjoy. Of course, my
favorite is sitting on the beach under an umbrella and enjoying the
peace of the
ocean.

Please check calendar before requesting unit. Special rates for
November and December if you stay a
month or longer. Thanksgiving and Christmas are beautiful on the Key.
TWO (2) week
rentals or more ONLY, unless approved by owner. No one week rentals.
No rentals unless deposit,
contract and phone call between owner and tenant. Rental prices are firm.
May 1st - December 31 $1500/week minimum 2 week stay. 11% tax and
a one time charge of 100.00 for maid. 
extra nights added to two week rental $160.00 a night if available
December 31st-April 30th $1800/a week (plus 11%
tax & $100 one time charge maid fee)
Yearly rentals available with year lease $5500 a month
extra night added to rental if available $160 a night
Adults only.
Rental rates based on occupancy of 4 persons. No rentals under the
age of 30.
(parent or guardian).
A security deposit of $600 ($300 applied to prepaid rent, $300 will
be refunded 30 days after departure).
A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date
to ensure refund of the security deposit. Total charges for rental
unit must be received 30 days prior to check-in, upon receipt of
keys.
Renters are responsible for full payment of rental period reserved.
All paymenst must be made in US funds by bank or personal check,
money order or travelers cheques or cash. No credit cards, sorry.
Rates and tax are subject to change. Additional nights beyond the
weekly rental are
available on a per diem basis. No boats, trailers, cargo trailers,
mobile homes, jet skis, rv's, campers, or commercial trucks are
allowed on the property at any time.
Three month rentals and six month rentals are availble with a 10%
DISCOUNT. ALSO, AVAILABLE SIX MONTH AND YEARLY RENTALS.
