Want to have an enjoyable vacation at the lake, but don't want to
listen to the endless noise of boats and JetSkies? Welcome to Stewart
Lake! Enjoy the peace and serenity of this 46 acre "no-wake" lake,
that lies within the Gun Lake/Yankee Springs community. Travel down a
peaceful country road to this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath year
round cottage, built in 2006. Beautiful grassy and level yard with spacious sandbox are perfect for the kids, and the 50(+)feet private water front offers a gradual change in depth for parent's piece of mind.
Take a tour of the lake on our 12 ft fishing boat, paddle boat or canoe, or bring along your kayak!
First floor bedroom has a twin bunk bed plus a seperate single bed. Full bath with shower and tub are just across the hall. The upstairs master suite offers a private 1/2 bath and queen size bed. Portable childs "pack and play" provided for infant/toddler sleeping and can fit in either bedroom comfortably.
Kitchen is fully furnished with slider doors that lead out to one of two decks.
CD player and t.v. (non-cable channels) with VCR player also provided (VHS movies on hand).
Though once you sit in the living room with its cathedral ceiling and
sweeping lake views, you just may decide to turn the t.v. off and watch the sunset instead!
Whether here for a week or a long weekend, this is the place for the
whole family or for that romantic get-away you've been meaning to
take! It's all here waiting for you!

2012 Rates:
Peak Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day - $850/week (Saturday to Saturday) *Availability of daily rates during peak season varies. When available rate is $150/night, (2 night minimum).*
Fall Rates(Color Tour!):
September (post Labor Day) through December - $100/night (2 night minimum)
Winter Rates(Cozy Romantic Get Away!):
January through March - $75/night (2 night minimum)
Spring Rates(See the Blossoms!):
April through May (NOT including Memorial Day weekend) - $75/night (2 night minimum)
*Check-In: 3pm Saturday
*Check-Out: 10am Saturday
We understand each guest may have different check-in/out time preferences, and we are happy to work with you on a mutually agreed time when possible.
*Rent due in full 30 Days prior to rental date.
*Reservation/Security deposit of $300 is required to book. Until deposit is received, RESERVATION IS NOT BINDING. Please note: security deposit will be deposited into an escrow account unless otherwise noted by landlord.
Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, providing the property is left in the same condition as upon arrival (as per rental contract). $300 security deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel.
