Lake! Enjoy the peace and serenity of this 46 acre "no-wake" lake,
that lies within the Gun Lake/Yankee Springs community. Travel down a
peaceful country road to this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath year
round cottage, built in 2006. Beautiful grassy and level yard and HUGE 7'x8' sandbox are perfect for the kids, and the 50(+)feet private water front offers a gradual change in depth for parent's piece of mind.
First floor bedroom has twin bunk beds and a crib (with enough floor space for an additional sleeping bag). Full bath with shower and tub just
across the hall. The upstairs master suite offers a private 1/2 bath
and queen size bed. Kitchen is fully furnished. CD player and t.v.
with VCR player also provided (VHS movies on hand).
Though once you sit in the living room with its cathedral ceiling and
sweeping lake views, you just may decide to turn the t.v. off and watch the sunset instead!
Come play on the 12 ft fishing boat, paddle boat or canoe, or bring along your kayak!
Whether here for a week or a long weekend, this is the place for the
whole family or for that romantic get-away you've been meaning to
take! It's all here waiting for you!

2009 Rates:
Peak Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day - $800/week (Sunday through Saturday) *Availability of daily rates during peak season varies. When available rate is $125/night.*
Fall Rates(Color Tour!):
Mid-September through November - $75/week night or $400/weekend (Friday through Sunday)
Winter Rates(Cozy Romantic Get Away!):
December through February - $75/week night or $300/weekend (Friday through Sunday)
Spring Rates(See the Blossoms!):
March through May (NOT including Labor Day weekend) - $75/ week night or $300/weekend (Friday through Sunday)

We understand each guests may have different check-in/out time needs, and are happy to work with you on a mutually agreed time when possible. 

*Rent due in full 30 Days prior to rental date.
*Reservation/Security deposit of $300 is required to book. Until deposit is  received, RESERVATION IS NOT BINDING.
Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, providing the property is left in the same condition as upon arrival (as per rental contract). $300 security deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel.
