Vacation Rental Description

Location: The Snowcreek Condominiums are located next to Dollar 
Mountain, making it a perfect location for parties with beginning 
skiers. The complex is about 1 1/2 miles from the Bald Mountain 
lifts, but reachable by the free KART bus which stops just steps 
away at beautiful Dollar Cabin and serves all areas of the resort. 
The Sun Valley Lodge complex is a short walk.

Property: This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft. The master 
bedroom with luxurious designer bedding and a down comforter on the 
main level has a sliding glass door to a deck and lawn area. The 
main living area on the second level has vaulted ceilings with 
comfortable seating and tasteful accents.  

Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps six. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with 
full bath ensuite. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and uses full bath in 
hall. The loft has a full bed. 

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living 
room and dining area. There is an electric 4 burner stove/oven, 
refrigerator/freezer, ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee 
maker, blender, and insta-hot water dispenser. 

Dining Room: The rectangular wood dining table comfortably seats 
six. 

Living Room: The living room is richly furnished with a leather 
couch, chair and ottoman, all oriented to enjoy the river rock gas-
ignited wood-burning fireplace.

Vacation Rental Amenities

*Entertainment armoire contains a 30" TV/DVD/CD/VCR/FM unit, Sega   
Dreamcast, and an iPod shelf stereo system.  
*Stacked Washer & Dryer in condominium. 
*Hot-tub in complex. 
*Swimming pool in complex (Summer only). 
*Gas barbeque on the deck.

$250 per night
$1,500 per week

$300 per night (Holiday)
$1,800 per week (Holiday)

* A cleaning fee of $125 will be charged on all visits.
* Subject to a refundable damage deposit of $1,000.
