Vacation Rental Description

Approximate 1200 square foot lower level apartment of beautiful 
custom home designed specifically for vacation use.  Separate 
private access, one bedroom with a game room area that sleeps 
additional if desired.  Family room, kitchen, nook, game room and 
bath with steam shower. Shared washer & dryer available on a limited 
basis.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swimming pool with rock waterfall and beach entry, outdoor fire pit, 
BBQ ramada and jacuzzi hot tub in a wonderful tropical and desert 
setting.  Great outdoor patio area on a 1 1/4 acre lot next to a 
scenic wash. Big screen TV, game room with pool table, plenty of 
privacy.  Good parking with RV access.

Activities and Attractions

Close to hiking, biking, shopping, golf and all the the wonderful 
activities offered in Arizona.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Minimum two night stay based on a prorated weekly rate.::  SPECIAL:--SUPER BOWL:$2800 -3200 LAST-CHANCE
May through Sept.     $600-700 per week                                                      Make Offer
Oct through April     $750-950 per week
50% due at time of reservation non-refundable, balance due 15 days 
before check in. Reservations are subject to cancellation if 
payments are not received by the due date. No refunds for 
early departure.
$500 security deposit, refundable if presmises left in same 
condition as when arived.
