5 Miles from Mayo.

Vacation escape in this immaculate 3 story townhouse steps from the 
beach. A home away from home during extended stays for business, 
at Mayo or for a family vacation.  Park your car and you do not need to drive again for a week.   
Perfect location across the street from the beach, to sit and lounge, read a book, search for sharks 
teeth or swim and surf.  Begin your day with a morning walk or jog on the beach or relax at the end 
of the day listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breezes. Open the patio doors and hear the 
calming ocean surf, truly a place to relax and enjoy!

Unbelieveable sunrises will wake you each morning. Lounge on the 
balcony or cook out on the grill in this 2 year new three-story 
townhouse.  You will have all the comforts of home.  You can cook and do laundry( if you have kids 
and you always need to wash those bathing suits), or you can walk a few blocks in either direction 
and eat at fantastic local restaurants. Shop in local curio shops for shell jewelry or cedar 
carvings.  This weekend is the local seafood festival in Jax Beach and next weekend is an art 
festival.  Always lots of activities to browse.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two Huge private "Master Suites". 

The "Third Floor Master Suite' has Queen bedding, double dresser, 
sitting area, walkin closet, garden tub and a private balcony with patio doors to open at night and 
look at the ocean and go to sleep with the ocean surf.     

2nd Bedroom on the third floor has a private bath with tub and 
shower and a Queen size bed plus a single bed and closet.

The "First floor Master suite" has a double bed and queen sleeper sofa , walk-in shower, large 
closet, entertainment kitchen with refrigerator/microwave/bar sink and a separate entrance leads to 
a walled beautifully landscaped backyard with charcoal grill.

The "second floor" is the common area: dining area seats six, 
living room, fireplace, cable TV, tile counters in kitchen, pantry, 
lots of cabinets, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, glass top 
range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washer and dryer. 1/2 bath on second 
floor and a second balcony with outside seating.

Parking for 2 vehicles provided. 

This is the End unit so it has a side yard and is very private for a perfect beach get-away. 
 

Activities and Attractions

Walk across the street to the ocean, bike or scooter rentals are 1/2 
block away. The TPC provides world class golf opportunities and the 
international Mayo Medical Complex is 8 minutes away.  Shop, 
antique, hike, bike any activity you can imagine is close.
Park your car and walk or bike one mile north or south to 
restaurants, shopping, fishing off the pier, entertainment.  Great 
family vacation!
Every month during the year there is an endless number of activities 
to enjoy including: TPC at Sawgrass,  Air Show at Jacksonville 
Beach, Springin' in the Blues music festival;  Opening of the 
Beaches,  Dancin in the Streets in Atlantic Beach, Adventure Landing 
water park, mini golf, go carts, huge arcade. Shopping and antiques, 
drive 30 minutes to Americas Oldest City, Saint Augustine or north 
to Fernindina Beach. Just relax at your private beach house and plan 
your favorite day.
