walking distance ( via boardwalk ) to white sandy beaches.  Four 
large covered decks to catch the sea breezes and enjoy the wonderful 
views.  This spacious 3,800 sqft. home has the feel of the Bahamas 
with four large bedrooms; baths have either a walk-in shower or tub  
master bath has Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.  Fully equiped 
gourmet kitchen has an island bar and granite countertops.  Dining 
room table seats 8 with 3 additional spaces at the bar.  Utility 
room 
with washer & dryer is located on the main bedroom level.  Other 
amenities include large private swimming pool, elevator, covered 
concrete parking, outdoor shower and fish cleaning sink * both with 
hot/cold ), park style charcoal grill.
