car garage.  LARGE Suv's do not fit in garage. Very close to pool. Outstanding view of mountains 
across from tennis club.

Close to Freeway,restaurants,shopping, and Aqua Caliente Casino. Many 
new shopping centers. New Wal-mart,Sam's Club, Kohls, Cosco.Walgreen, nail shops, movie theaters and 
new restaurants all within 10 minutes driving time. 

Activities and Attractions

Many types of activities in the area.  Saturday and Sunday flea market like you have never seen at 
the College of the Desert in Palm Desert.  Also Farmer's market in Palm Springs with local fruits and 
veggies one night a week. Living Desert a wonderful place to take children.  Or go up the tram and 
see the views they have a restaurant at the top of the tram.  

Vacation Rental Rates

April to end of October $2500.00  November 1 thru end of March 
$4,000.00.  Monthly rental only. Please don't ask to split up 
months.   1st. of month to end of month. Many people are asking for weekly only please
do not ask.
