We rent to families with children or to groups of VERY mature adults only.  This is a family-oriented condominium complex.
NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, COLLEGE STUDENTS, OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS!!!  No exceptions.  Total occupancy not to exceed eight adults or up to ten in all, including all children. A quiet, well-behaved dog will be considered for an additional charge of $200 per week.
