home/cottage in a quiet neighborhood community. This newer cottage
has 4 bedrooms with a loft and sleeps up to 10. The main floor
has open concept living with kitchen,dining, family and living
room. The large deck is great for family cookouts and watching
sunsets. This home has views of Lake Michigan from most rooms in the
house and the large deck. This home is fully furnished so you may
enjoy the summer family vacation. Kirk Park is less than 700 yards
away with over 1500 feet of sugar sandy Lake Michigan beach to
enjoy. Kirk Park has no bluff and no steps needed to get to the
beach and 68 acres of hiking trails. You may play volleyball on the
beach or just relax and read a book. The park also has playground
equipment, pinic areas and restroom facilities.

Cottage/home has 4 bedrooms and a loft: 3 bedrooms with queen size
beds, loft has 1 queen, 4th bedroom has 1 twin and a full.
Kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, dishes, pot and
pans for cooking. Seating for 4 at the snack bar and 4 at the
kitchen table. Dining area with table that seats 8. Two living
rooms,TV, VCR/DV player. Large deck with 2 tables, extra
chairs,Gas Grill. Games and books. Included
is also 2 car passes for the week to Kirk Park.

You can walk on the sugar beach for miles. Close to Kirk Park
where you can take nature walks in the woods or . Passes for 2 cars will be given upon arrival for
Kirk Park. Kirk Park beach is over a 1/2 mile long where you may lounge, play frizbee,swim etc. and
enjoy beach life. The park also has play ground equipment for children and restroom faciities. Bike
paths through out Ottawa county. Close to Pigeon Lake with Boat ramps. Pigeon Lake
has access to Lake Michigan. Pigeon River is great for the kayaks
and canoes. Close to lots of Golf Courses. 7 miles south of Grand
Haven and 10 Miles north of Holland.

2,150 to $2,750 per week for the prime weeks of summer from
Saturday to Saturday (Memorial Day through Labor Day). First 2 weeks
of June may be rented for $2,150.00  We have a $125.00 cleaning fee which applies for all weeks or weekend this includes all linens, (towels and
sheets and comforters) There is also a $300.00 security deposit -fully refundable provided everything is left as found.  Full weeks only in the summer. Off season rental Sept - May at $400-$600 per night two night minumum.    Long term lease considered.
