Renovations include tile flooring in living area, baths and kitchen.
New windows throughout.The living room offers a queen sleep sofa,
24" color tv with cable, dvd player, high speed internet access and
sliding glass door leading to huge balcony. The sunrises are awesome!
The kitchen renovations include new countertops with breakfast bar,
a new built in microwave stove and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully 
equiped with coffee maker, blender, ice maker, dishwasher and
garbage disposer. The master bedroom offers queen size bed, private
full bath, 13" color tv with cable and dvd player. The second
bedroom offers a queen size bed, 13" color tv with cable and dvd
player. The balcony has rocking chairs for relaxing and a table and
chairs for moonlit dinners for 4. We have 1 assigned parking space.

Free use of Kingfisher pool just steps away. Assigned parking.
Oceanfront deck with picnic tables and outdoor shower. Walk to
Garden City pier to fish, play arcade games or have something to
eat. Walk to several resturants, convience mart and shopping.

Next to Garden City pier, great for fishing, the kids play
arcade games or getting something to eat. Golf is everywhere, over
100 courses to choose from. Take your pick of resturants to walk to.
If you prefer to drive, Myrtle Beach is 3 miles to the North and
Murrells Inlet is 3 miles to the South. Walk to shopping and
convience marts. The amusment arcade is right around the corner
for the kids. Major shopping malls are just few miles away.
