Eagle Crest House in Redmond

Our home is a 2558 sq ft. 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath that sleeps 6. There
are 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. Our home also has a family room
which includes a 42 inch LCD TV and DVD player, and a dining
room/living room combination. Our dining room table seats up to 6
people. Our home is located on the Ridge side of Eagle Crest with an
easy 10 minute walk to the Ridge Sports Center or 5 minute walk to
the Ridge golf course. We have a patio in the backyard to enjoy your
morning coffee on our patio set that seats 4 people. When you are
ready to cook your dinner there is a Weber barbecue to cook your
hamburgers on. The master bedroom includes a armoire with a TV and
the master bath has a jetted tub plus walk-in corner shower stall
with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has an attached full
bath with a pocket door. The 3rd bedroom which is located upstairs
has two full walk-in closets.

Our home is fully furnished. We have a fully stocked kitchen
including coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, blender, toaster,
cookware and bakeware, microwave oven and dishwasher. We also have 2
TV's, DVD player and a mini stereo set. Our laundry room includes a
washer and dryer. We also provide some board games for your
enjoyment.

Eagle Crest has many activities for your enjoyment. There are 3 golf
courses, miniture golf course, 3 sports centers and many walking and
biking trails. Central Oregon has many outdoor activies as well.
There is hiking, fishing, biking, rafting down the Deschutes River
and snow skiing in the winter at Mt. Bachelor.

There is a $125.00 cleaning fee, plus a 7% Deschutes County Room Tax
and a 1% Oregon Tourism Tax. There is a $250 Refundable Security
Deposit if the home is left in good condition.

One night deposit is due within 10 days to hold your reservation. If
the deposit is not received within 10 days your reservation is
automatically cancelled. Remaining balance of rent, security
deposit, cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. If your
reservation is cancelled 14 days or less, one night deposit is non-
refundable.
