Home is located on a deep water gulf canal! It has water on two sides and has direct Gulf  of Mexico access within minutes. You can bring your boat or fish from dock!! It is a 2 bedroom 2, (TV in both) 2 bathroom, nicely furnished and clean manufactured home. It is stocked withe everything you might need because it is also my second home!!! Grill is also outside for grilling those fish. It has a dining area and breakfast bar, living room with a Large TV . The back porch is on two sides water with a wonderful, relaxing view of water!! Very peaceful and relaxing. This is a very safe area, I've never had any issues. Neighbors are great.

Within two hour drive to Orlando/Kissimmee and all the Disney Attractions. Near the BONATI BACK INSTITUTE...for those with back issues and great because home is on ground level..only two steps.

This is a two bedroom, two bath, nicely furnished and fully stocked home. Has Grill for outside grilling also.
