Home is located on a deep water gulf canal! It has water on two sides and has direct Gulf  of Mexico access within minutes. You can bring your boat or fish from dock!! It is a 2 bedroom 2, (TV in both) 2 bathroom, nicely furnished and clean manufactured home. It is stocked withe everything you might need because it is also my second home!!!  It has a dining area and breakfast bar, living room with a Large TV . The back porch is on two sides water with a wonderful, relaxing view of water!! Very peaceful and relaxing. This is a very safe area, I've never had any issues. Neighbors are great.
Prefer non-smokers and no pet's. May consider some pets..ask me. Winter Rent is (Dec - April  $1350 monthly/weekly at $550.) (Off season -summer is $475. weekly/ $1275. monthly. May-Nov) Currently available for wintertime rental. Prefer extended stays vs month to month in winter.

Within minutes to the Gulf of Mexico by boat or car. Centrally located near the Suncoast Parkway which goes directly into Tampa, near New Port Richey, Palm Harbor, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs . Within two hour drive to Orlando/Kissimmee and all the Disney Attractions. Near the BONATI BACK INSTITUTE...for those with back issues and great because home is on ground level..only two steps.

Currently Available for rental in 2012-2013 just listed for this year on nov 9, 2012. AVAILABLE for the last minute snow bird booking for a min of 3-4 months preferably. Not yet  booked for wintertime!! Very near the BONATI BACK INSTITUTE, for those interested. For summer rental.. Can be flexible on extra time needed.
