This building is on the NO-Drive beach section of New Smyrna Beach.
Palm tree motif with blue, warm green, brown and tan colors
throughout and cool blues in the bedrooms. Kitchen has been updated
with exotic granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and
brand new cabinets. Flooring has either new tile or wood flooring or
new carpeting. Bathrooms have new countertops and new cabinets, as
well. Our unit is steps away from the rooftop pool and the elevators
that take you down to the beach. Leather seating in the family room
offers comfort and no stress with wet bathing suits plus new tvs, dvd
players and a mini-stereo will add to your entertainment wishes.
There is a roll-away bed and a pac-n-play crib for the little ones
in your party. The balconies at Moontide are some of the longest on
the beach which allows several people to sit outside and watch the
kids play on the beach or watch the dolphins frolic in the ocean.

Moontide is a secured building and has a rooftop pool, tennis courts
and shuffleboard courts.

New Smyrna Beach is approximately one hour from Orlando and the
attractions. It is also approximately one hour away from Kennedy
Space Center in Cocoa Beach. Locally, there is Flagler Avenue which
is lined with cute boutiques and home furnishing shops plus
restaurants and a couple of bars with live music. The marina has
boats which you can rent for the day to fish or just motor down the
Intercoastal and look for Florida's best marine life, especially our
Manatees.
There are several golf courses nearby, wildlife parks and most
importantly, fantastic restaurants ranging from the very basic,
casual kind to four star restaurants with admirable wine lists.
There is something for everyone at New Smyrna Beach!

Winter Rates (January and February): $3000/mo or $1300/week
Spring Rates (April and May): $2200/mo or $1100/week
Summer Rates (June, July, August): $4000/mo or $1400/week except 4th
of July week which is $1575/week
Fall Rates (Sept., Oct, Nov, Dec): $2200/mo or $1150/week or
$160/nt* 4 night minimum in these months
**Rentals that include Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New
Years Eve are $175/nt
PLUS:
Cleaning Fee is $85
Sales Tax is 6.5%
Resort Tax is 6%
Admin Fee is $25
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300 required to hold the dates and is not applied
to the rent but will be
returned to you
after inspection of the unit after you check-out. IN ADDITION to the
security deposit, a deposit of
25% of the
base rent will be collected at 90 days prior to check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel within 90 days of the reserved
check-in date, your $300 security
deposit
will be forfeited, however your 25% base rent deposit would be
refundable up to 14 days prior to the
reserved
check-in date.
