Vacation Rental Rates

June 1 through September 1, 2008: $1295/night 
September 1 through December 15, 2008: $995/night 
Christmas / New Year: Dec 15 through January 6, 2009 $2195/night 
January 7 through April 8, 2009: $1195/night 
April 9 through April 19, 2009: $1395/night 
April 20 through May 31, 2009: $995/night 
All Holiday Weeks (except Christmas/New Year): $1395/week 
Additional Fees: Accommodation & Excise tax of 11.416%. 
 
Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 11am 
Minimum Stay: 3 days. Long Term (21+ days) discount rate available. 
 
Deposit: Fifty percent of the reservation including taxes is required to confirm the reservation.  
The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival  
forfeit the entire 50% deposit. For cancellations within 30 days, the entire stay is forfeited. 
 
Security: Please be aware of our refundable $1000.00 security deposit that will be due upon check in.
