Nearby park provides, basketball, swimming pool, ping pong and more!

The block that the condo is on has several restaurants, a Walgreens
Pharmacy, a bakery right down stairs, a clothing boutique and several
other stores.  The cities of Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, North Miami,
North Miami Beach, Golden Beach and Hollywod are all North of the
condo and within a 10 min driving radius, Ft. Lauderdale is within a
15 min. drive.  Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Coconut
Grove and Port of Miami are South of the condo and all within a 10-20

*6 Months  $9,999 -(N/A)  (prices effective 05/09/06 thru 05/09/07)
*1 Year    $19,999 -(N/A)  (plus utilities)


$250 Refundable deposit required upon reservation. Must cancel 7 
days prior to reserved date for a full refund. The money will be
refunded within 7 days of departure from condo. The total amount owed
will be required upon arrival.  * One month or more also requires
first and last months rent. (Background fee required for stays over a
one month period.)
