2 bedroom 1 small bath cottage style home located 1 mile north of 
fort Castillo San Marco & St George Street. Nestled between the hotel 
and antique district, this is a cute place to enjoy St. Augustine, 
and get a walking workout. If you prefer not to walk too much, the 
trolley train station is several blocks away for your convenience.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

1 queen bed in each bedroom.  (bed linens & towels are provided)
TV w/basic cable in the living room only 
Washer & dryer
AC central air & heating
The kitchen has pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.  
No Smoking
No Pets

Beach, fishing pier,golf village, and outlet malls are 20 minutes 
away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily Rate $90.00 + 9%tax - Based on double occupancy (minimum 3 day 
stay requirement) (Additional $10 per day for each additional guest) ($35.00 cleaning fee)

Weekly rate $530.00 + 9%tax - Based on double occupancy (7 day stay)
($10 per day for each additional guest)($35.00 cleaning fee)


$100.00 refundable deposit upon checkout is required for all stays
