The house has 5 ensuites, 1 King and 4 Queens and one twin. The house
sleeps up to 14 guests and has 3300 sq ft of living space.
The house is located on the famous gated resort community of Solana.
There is a gated entrance and a clubhouse with fantastic facilities.
Communual Pool, Spa, internet room, snack lounge, games room,
playground area and volley ball area.
The house has a 30 ft heated pool with a spa and extended decking.
There is a BBQ grill, lighting and plenty of space to enjoy long days
or nights around the pool. There are 2 luxury loungers and
comfortable table and chairs with soft cushions for extra comfort.
Inside the house there are a living room and family room complete
with dining area. There are colour TVs in both these rooms.
The Dining room has a table and 8 chairs, the kitchen also has a
breakfast/nook area.
There is a fully furnished gamesroom with an 8ft pool table, two
sofa's and a TV. There is also an air hockey table.
