Bay Aristocrat Village in Clearwater

From the beautiful entrance to the end of the village that overlooks
Tampa Bay and the causeway that leads to Tampa, Bay Aristocrat is a
secluded and lovely 55+ community. This is a great doublewide that
has been totally remodeled. Both baths and kitchen have new tile
floors, all new fixtures and vanities. Along with both bedrooms, the
dining room and large living room have new carpeting, paintings and
fresh paint. Eat in the formal dining area or on the glass dinette
set in the spacious Florida room and watch through sliding glass

Honeymoon Beach - half an hour to Busch Gardens and an hour or so to
Disney World. Nearby is Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, Clearwater
Marine Aquarium and the Museum of Science and Industry. For golf
enthusiast there are great golf courses all around the area. Fish
