Oceanfront House in Surf City, LBI.....Steps to Beach
This lovely meticulously maintained oceanfront duplex house offers
breathtaking views from wrap-around decks. Enjoy the sights and
sounds of the surf at its best from both decks, along with surf
fishing directly in front of house, searching for shells or just
relaxing.
Each floor provides sleeping for 6-8 people only consisting of 3
bedrooms, 2 full baths, living/dining area with views, laundry area
and full kitchen. There are 4 twin beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen
sized sofa bed. There is ample parking for 7-8 vehicles. Outdoor
shower available. No Pets. No Smoking. Families please.

Each floor provides phone, local phone service, cable TV, microwave,
dishwasher, separate washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, deck
furniture, blankets, pillows, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, ceiling
fans, cooking utensils, etc.

Atlantic City is located approximately 40 miles south of Surf City.
Visit our bird sanctuary at the end of LBI in Holgate or our famous
lighthouse in Barnegat Light. Regularly held concerts along with
arts & crafts shows are held throughout the summer.
Additionally, there is an amusement park/arcade, a variety of
restaurants, boat & bike rentals, crabbing, miniture golf, cinemas,
surfing, fishing, jet skiing and more.
