In the living area, sliding doors open completely to bring the
outside in and the inside out. The designer kitchen was installed
at a cost of $70,000 and has a pretty breakfast nook. The formal
dining area is both elegant and relaxing. The master suite is
furnished in shades of tropical green, whilst the other two bedrooms
echo the blues of the ocean, just a short walk away.
Our large lanai and huge yard surround our spacious heated pool and
fountain. The vegetation is mature and luxuriant, you will be
surrounded by banana trees, exotic palms and rubber plants.
And when you leave, you will find the sophisticated pleasures of
Naples on your doorstep. Park Shore has a private beach park for
residents and guests only and we will be providing you with a pass
so you can use the excellent facilities there.
This is a beautiful home, which has just been completely renovated,
in a very special location. There are very few homes in Naples
available for rental this close to the beach and in a neighbourhood
as prosperous Park Shore where homes regularly sell for several
million.

Rates are subject to 10% tax, $180 cleaning fee per stay and optional $130 weekly pool heat (recommended in winter)
