Vacation Rental Description

Spacious 1400 square foot condominium in PGA National Resort. Ours 
is the largest unit in Golf Villas. It is an end unit with a full 
size laundry room (new washer and dryer) and completely new eat-in 
kitchen (wood cabinets, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, and 
granite countertops). 
There is a screened deck with a water view.  Our unit is steps from 
the pool and a short walk to the tennis complex, fitness center, 
Members' Club, PGA Resort (with Olympic sized pool and Jacuzzi) and 
Pro Shops. 
Golf membership includes tennis, health club, croquet and golf 
(cart fee only) on any of the five courses. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo comes equipped with three TVs, stereo with CD player, and 
VCR.  There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a king sized 
bed in the second bedroom, and a convertable couch in the living 
room.  

Activities and Attractions

There are five golf courses.
Membership allows you to use all the PGA National Resort facilities 
including a full service spa.
There are great restaurants, recreational activities and shopping 
nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

January-March 2009.........$6,200 per month with full golf membership
                     
April-................$4,200 per month with full golf membership
                      
Refundable Security Deposit Required
