You'll love the location of this spacious, sunny, well-maintained house - just a short
5 minute walk to the ocean beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath fully appointed
house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and includes an attached 'in-law' apartment
which has been recently renovated. The setup of this house is perfect for large
families, or families with visiting grandparents or friends who want their own space!
The house features a large livingroom with working fireplace, and dining area which
are well suited for gatherings, card games, watching television (we provide a
selection of family movies), and plenty of space to just relax after a day at the
beach, golf, or a day spent touring the beautiful sights and quaint shops that only
Cape Cod can offer.

In the main part of the house, there is a bedroom with a queen bed
and a bedroom with two twin beds. The "apartment' section of the
house is fully part of the main house, but can be separated off from
the mail house for privacy of grandparents, a babysitter, or house
guests. The apartment has two twin beds, it's own bathroom, and
kitchen area with all new appliances. The house is also equipped
with two twin air mattresses available for your use. The house is
fully appointed with a washer and dryer, and we have put cable
television in the livingroom and each of the bedrooms. The main
house kitchen has all new appliances including a stove,
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker,
blender, and all new dishes, glassware, pots and pans. There is
also a private outside hot water shower, a charcoal grill, and
picnic table for those fun nights eating outdoors and finishing up a
fun day at the beach or golf course with cooked marshmallows and
s'mores! There is a new heating system in the house and there are
new blankets and pillows in each of the bedrooms.

If you like to cook, our house is fully appointed, both indoors and
out. If you'd prefer to really live it up on vacation, though,
there are ample restaurants varying from inexpensive clam shacks to
romantic candlelit dinners within close distance to the house. You
can see the entrance to the ocean beach from our driveway or visit
any of the other many beautiful beaches for which Cape Cod is
known. There are lighthouse tours, quaint shops, miniature golf,
and real golf on some of the most beautiful courses around in short
distance to the house. The best ice cream shop on Cape Cod is a
short two minute walk around the corner. A few minutes beyond hte
ice cream store is Woolfies Bakery which specializes in breakfast
pastries. A neighborhood farm stand will take care of your fruit
and vegetable needs, and will also provide for that needed gallon of
milk in a hurry! Another short walk down the street will bring you
to Clancy's Beach Bar Restaurant where you can enjoy casual dining
indoors or outside on their deck. Canoeing, kayaking, and access to
the Cape Cod Rail Trail bikebath are all a short ride down the
street.

$1,700/week June 15 - September 7, 2013

We will also rent the house during the off season spring and fall for $180/night (3 night minimum, no separate cleaning fee!)

Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
