full bunk futon and separate single bed in "kids" room.
Dining table seats 6, table and chairs for 6 on balcony overlooking
the ocean and pool. Kitchen counter has 4 bar height stools.
All appliances and fixtures recently updated.  Kraftmaid cabinets
and granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms.
Tile floors throughout and ceiling fans in each room. Central Air.
Decorated in casual beach theme. Unit has complete kitchen
(refrigerator, ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee
maker, toaster toaster oven, George Forman grill) with extensive
cookware, dishes & utensils. Full size washer & dryer in the unit.
Linens provided. Unit has 3 TVs, DVD player, stereo and plenty of
board games/arts & craft supplies for those occasional rainy days.
Beach chairs, umbrella and toys available.  This is not simply a rental but our home-away-from-home.
Just bring your swim suit, beach towel & suntan lotion!

basketball courts, tennis courts and boardwalk/fishing pier.

Only one mile to beautiful Canaveral National Seashore where you can
learn about the area and history.
Short drive to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Daytona Speedway & Kennedy
Space Center.
1.5 hour trip to Disney, Epcot, Universal, Sea World and attraction
areas.
