This rustic lake home has been completley renovated.  It has 4 
bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms.  It also has All new carpet, hardwood 
floors, and appliances.  The setting is very private and heavily 
wooded, it is the perfect place to get away.  Gently slopped walk 
takes you to a private double slip dock.  Seperate gazebo with hot 
tub.

bedroom 2 -2 sets bunkbeds(double on bottom this room sleeps 6) 
bedroom 3 - queen bed

we also have a guest house you can rent seperately for an additional 
$250 per night.  Cozy 2 bedroom home with 3 bedrooms (king, full and 
2 sets of bunkbeds) complete with kitchen, dining room, and living 
room.
Home is fully furnished, and equiped with fresh bed linens and 
towels.  The kitchen is fully functional with all your basic kitchen 
needs. There is a beautiful view from the decks, and from large 
windows in the family room.  T.V's in master suites and family room.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season (May-Sept and holidays) $400 per night......$2400 a week
Mid Season (Oct,Mar,Apr) $250 per night......$1500 a week
Off Season  $200 per night......$1000 a week
off season monthly....$2500 plus utilities
Rates subject to change without notice!
Fees: 7% sales tax on rental price.  The deposit is $300 approved on 
credit card to hold property.  Rental balance plus $125 cleaning fee 
due by check 7 days before check in date.  If payment is not 
received 7 days in advance there will be an $85 administrative fee.  
We accept credit card payment for balance for an additional 3% 
processing fee. Deposit will be held upon cancellation!
