Vacation Rental Description

Lakewoods Village is a less than 45 minute drive to Medford, 
Ashland, and/or Klamath Falls, OR. The Rockhaven is a serene 2,520 
sq. ft. Northwest style cabin encompassed by the trees of the Winema 
National Forest in the Southern Oregon Cascade Mountains. This home 
boasts 3 Master Suites. The downstairs Master Suite includes a 
fireplace, sliding glass doors to a covered deck, walk-in closet, 
and master bathroom with soaker tub, full shower, and double sinks. 
Upstairs, between 2 Master Suites, is a spacious loft over-looking 
the living room. Each of the upstairs Master Suites has a walk-in 
closet and a private bathroom. 

Pets are not permitted in the cabin. Properties are not fenced. If 
you have needs which require your pet to accompany you, please 
contact us.  If a mutually agreeable arrangement can be made, you 
will be charged a non-refundable pet deposit fee.

Activities and Attractions

Lakewoods Village is such a desirable vacation destination because 
we're just minutes from several pristine lakes (Lake of the Woods, 
Hyatt Lake, Fish Lake, and Howard Prairie Lake) where you can go 
swimming, fishing, or jet skiing in the summer months. Also, in the 
winter, you can cross country ski or snowmobile on many trails, 
starting from our cabin's front door. Lakewoods Village is located 
between Klamath Falls, Medford, and Ashland, where a short car ride 
can take you to enjoy many Southern Oregon activities (many golf 
courses, vineyard/winery tours, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, skiing, 
bird watching, etc.).

Standard Rates (March 16-June 14 and September 16-October 31):
$325/night-weeknights; $350/night-Friday & Saturday
$2,000/week (7 nights)
$7,975/month (30 nights)

Summer/Winter Rates (June 15-September 15 and November 1-March 15):
$350/night-weeknights; $375/night-Friday & Saturday
$2,150/week (7 nights)
$8,575/month (30 nights)

Holiday Rates (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Sunday & Monday of 
Memorial Day and Labor Day, 3rd - 5th of July, Thanksgiving, 
Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day):
