We have two high end, designer, expansive, town-homes located in the
best part of
Venice Beach. These residences are a find for the most discerning
visitors to LA.

We have two side by side town-homes. A 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom. Book
one or the two, together.  

Our sophisticated, eco-friendly town-homes have become
home-away-from-home for visiting world class cultural talent and their
families. While the residence enjoy spectacular ocean views and breezes,
mountain and an extraordinary city panorama, each one is private
and serene.

All new, green, custom made furnishings complement the inspired art —
providing a soothing environment that calms even the most
over-extended traveller.

So ... the 2 bedroom (  &2.5 baths ) includes, three stories — plus
the fourth story being an amazing roof deck.

You enter on the ground level and immediately go up a flight of stairs
to the impressive, spacious loft like living area that includes;
kitchen, dining, media area (with a
very large flat screen with movie theater surround sound), library,
bar, powder room and fabulous deck with a framed view of the beach and
ocean. This sophisticated living area has hosted many a chic event.
While it enjoys ocean views, it is surrounded by the most fabulous
trees providing (a most
unexpected feeling for an urban setting like Venice). Or being so, so,
so close to the beach. It's incredibly unique, ambient and soothing.

The next level houses the two bedrooms and their en suite bathrooms
as well as the custom laundry.

The master bedroom is very spacious with a custom fabulous king bed
that all
guests have described as the most comfortable bed that they have ever
slept in. The master suite enjoys ocean views, a balcony and features
a fabulous over-sized soak tub , 3 headed shower, walk in robe. The HD
flatscreen with cable can be viewed from the bath tub. Watch the waves
and HBO!

The 2nd bedroom offers one queen bed, a flat screen TV, cable, plenty
of storage, a very popular, custom Japanese style bath tub and shower.

The stairs lead from the bedroom level to the roof deck and the most
amazing views. The roof deck is phenomenal and ideal for yoga, in
house massage, reclining, intimate dining or sunset cocktails. You
have to see it to believe it.

After returning from the beach you can shower off in a hot outdoor
tropical shower.

Each residence has an absurdly large toy collection and for the beach
-- beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, toys, games, balls,
sand castle equipment. 

We also provide kids and adult bikes, roller blades, skate boards and
.... a topical shower (w/ hot water) ... to wash after the beach or ride.

The three bedroom has 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 7.
Return from the beach, entering through a courtyard from the quiet
walk street. Shower off the sand in the hot outdoor shower. One large
bedroom is on the ground floor that has it's own living room.  The
ground level suite is a gorgeous space, that leads to the patio and
side yard with water feature, hammock and lush garden. It is ideal for
the Nanny.  A generous space that can be can be a 2nd living space & TV
room as well as a 3rd bedroom. A quiet space to chill after the beach.
Very soothing as well as elegant.

The 2nd floor is one magnificent loft open space. Vast amount of light
floods through the North wall which is entirely glass. Sliding glass
doors that welcome the ocean sounds, fragrances and caressing breezes.
Light cascades down from the 17 foot ceiling of glass. The stainless
steel open chef's kitchen is the soul of the vastness that adjoins the
living and dining rooms. The media center is located in this space
with theater quality surround sound, enormous flat screen and elite
speaker system for ipod -- that can be played in each room (controlled
from volume control in each room). The highlight of this space are the
collector's pieces of mid century designer furniture, art, object
d'art and books.

On the 3rd level, is the sophisticated Zen master suite with ocean
views, oversized custom concrete bath and two headed shower w/ rain
shower, floating counter and sink. The breaking waves can be enjoyed
from the king size bed. The balcony also enjoy views of the beach, as
well as the mountains, Hollywood sign, and most of LA.

The 2nd bedroom is also on the third floor. Queen bed and en suite
bathroom enjoy views of the Hollywood sign.

The 3 bedroom also enjoys the   roof deck -- which is much like a chic
boutique hotel poolside or beachside area. Stunning custom furniture
and cabana with breathtaking views of all of LA, the ocean and the
mountains. It will blow your mind. Truly.

The 3 bedroom also has access to bikes and all the beach equipment.

Each space gets 1x under cover parking.

We provide a compelling insiders' guide to Venice (and beyond).If you
are like our other guests you will want to have your own Venice home
having soaked up the experience.

We have a 7 night minimum and for stays under 30 days a 14% tax applies.
