The cabin is 6400 square feet with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. At one point in time, an upscale bed and breakfast was opperated out of the property. Six of the bedrooms have a bathroom attached to the bedroom.
The cabin has radiant heating. The Master bedroom has a walk-in snail shower.
The Kitchen has been newly remodeled with new cabinets, granite counter tops, a new Australian Cypress wood floor, and new carpeting.
The cabin sits on 3.7 acres and is bounded on the west by open space of the Fort Apache Indian Reservation.

There is also a barn on the property with three stables, a coral, and an arena. You can bring your horses and keep them in the barn, stable, and arena. Horses and goats in barn and corals.
