"Cabana 33" is a "Beach Chic" 4.5 bedroom with 3 full baths (all recently renovated) ranch halfway between town and the ocean. The open, airy layout features a vaulted Living Room with skylights and fireplace, separate dining area, & kitchen with breakfast bar. Brand new semi-cental AC throughout the house (each room has its own control). The sunroom is enclosed and has a new futon (1/2 BR). Giant 800sq ft back deck with BBQ, dining and lounge furniture & oversized outdoor shower. DirecTV in living room & 1 bedrooom.
Please note, we do NOT rent just weekends. We do NOT rent to anyone under 21 (and we require a copy of your driver's license to prove you are over 21).
