Vacation Rental Description

This gorgeous, oceantfront home is the ultimate in luxury with 
granite and stone in the kitchen and baths, maple hardwood floors, 
two gas fireplaces (one in master, one in living room),jetted tub 
with separate huge "Roman" style shower, three oceanfront decks, hot 
tub on lower deck, and private beach! Den can be used as 3rd bdrm 
(has full size Murphy (wall) bed). 

Watch dolphins, fish, kayak, or sight-see minutes away in Hollywood 
or Beverly Hills!
Dine with celebrities in one of Malibu's "beach" casual or fine 
dining restaurants!! Snow ski in the San Bernadino Mountains or golf 
in Palm Springs! Santa Barbara is approximately one hour north, 
Newport Beach is about one hour south, and San Diego is about two 
and one half hours south. Day time temperatures in the winter 
average between 60-70 and average between 70-80 in the summer.

Master - California king bed
2nd Bedroom - Bunk beds and queen sleeper
Den - full-size pull-down wall bed (also has sectional couch)  
2 twin roll-away beds can be used in any room

$195 cleaning fee
Note: 7 night minimum on major holidays.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation. 
Cancellation notice must be given 60 days prior to arrival, to 
receive deposit refund, minus $100 cancellation fee. **Note**Within 
60 days prior to arrival date, we do not refund rental amount, 
deposit, and cleaning fee for any reason.
