Den can be used as 3rd bdrm

Reservation deposit is 1/2 of rental funds--due at time of booking by mastercard, visa or Paypal ( mastercard, visa or Paypal welcome with NO credit card fee).

Balance of rental funds is due within 30 days of arrival--(Mastercard, Visa or Paypal is welcome - 2.5% fee ) or check may be mailed.
