Our cottage is a non-smoking 2 bedroom[queen bed in each] large open
kitchen-dining area,living room w/2 pullout sofas & also there is a
loft[w/queen aerobed] that the kids love.

The cottage offers all the amenities of home [With the exeption of
bedding & towels. Bring your own please.] paved driveway [2 car max]
Air Conditioning,2 cable TV's w/DVD 1 in living rm. 1 in
bedroom,stereo system, BBQ grill on deck,fire pit & picnic table.[no
phone no internet you're on vacation remember] All cooking
utensils,coffee maker microwave etc...
A short walk to the end of the road will bring you to the beach
area,restaurants,marina,general store and all the activities for the
young and not so young.

Activities include:
Chippy's morning & afternoon camps for ages 3-6
Kids will enjoy arts & crafts, games, storytime, kindergym outdoor
tot-lot and much more all under the trained supervision of Sebago's
caring staff.

Some of the activities for the older kids include: dodgeball,flag
football,vollyball tennis,golf & golf clinics,canoe & kayak racing
horseshoes & much more

For the adults: Golf on one of Maine's finest courses, boat, kayak &
canoe rentals, fishing, relax on the beach, happy hour @ the lounge
& nightly entertainment and much more.

When booking your vacation a $250.00 non-refundable deposit is
required.
Balance required 1 month before arrival.
