Beautifully decorated condo on Lake Norman with a breathtaking view
of the water! This condo has 3 bedrooms, a large family room,
dining room, fully stocked kitchen, 2 baths and laundry room with
washer and dryer! The deck overlooks the water and has a table to
seat 6, 2 additional side chairs, and a large gas grill with grill
tools! The unit is an end unit with windows looking over the pool too!
Access to the condo is easy from I77 off of Exit 25! Just a short
drive from downtown Charlotte and the races!
The local area has restaurants and activities for your pleasure, not
to mention all the restaurants on the water!!

Just a short drive from downtown Charlotte and all Lowe's
Motorspeedway racing activities! The rental comes with a boat slip,
pool, tennis courts, recreational area, elevator, and short walk to
Midtown Sundries Restaurant! The master bedroom has a king size bed
with a view of the lake and private bath. The kitchen is fully
stocked with all necessary utensils and cookware. The family room
has a gas fireplace for your use in "cold weather" months, along
with movies both DVD and VHS. The additional bedrooms have a queen
bed and twin beds and share a full bath. Don't forget the gas grill
on the deck for your cookouts!

For the sports enthusiast, you can water ski (boat slip available
with rental!), wakeboard, "boat float", sail boating, play tennis or
swim in the pool located next to your building!
Horseback riding at Circle M Stables OR take the kids to the drive-
thru ZOO!! You have a recreational area for the children and lots of
green grassy areas for playing!
The Birkdale Village Shopping area is within 10 minutes of
Harborside! This is a "Main Street Lifestyle" shopping area, with
restaurants, movies theaters, ice cream shops, and much more!

Weekly rate: $900 to 1200/full week (7 nights rental - usually a Sat to
Sat, but can do other days when available)
Long Weekend Rates: $150 to 200/night - when available
Security Deposit $350 per rental - fully refundable after visit
Cleaning fee of $75/visit
Off Season Rental (Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb - $1850/month) call for availability
