The Sunset Suit is a two bedroom two bath home with a 
loft and office below. The Oceanfront Suite is a two bedroom one 
bath home and the Sunrise Suite and the Hermosa Suite are both two 
bedroom one bath homes.

All are located in Hermosa Beach on The Famous Strand, two of the 
homes offering outstanding ocean views.

Your vacation homes are just a short drive (10-15 minutes) from the 
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). and next to Pier Plaza 
which offers a Mecca of restaurants, upscale shops, and tourist 
delights.

Our two bedroom (king & queen beds, sofa couch in livingroom) two 
bath home is complete with a full working kitchen and beautiful high 
end cabinetry.

It also has a loft and office. Marble in the kitchen and living room 
with wood flooring through-out the bedrooms. HD Plasma television 
with hundreds of satellite channels, CD players, and DSL direct 
internet connection and wireless capabilities. 

Ocean views from the living room, kitchen and dinning areas in our 
two ocean front homes. The home includes upscale furnishings and 
appliances. 

Relax in our front yard to fantastic sunset views. Watch people pass 
and take long walks along the seaside.

We have also repiped the entire complex. You will definitely feel 
the pleasure of a steaming hot morning shower or have a relaxing 
bath in our new whirlpool tub. We also supply linens, beach 
towels.and chairs! 

Our two bedroom one bath home with 2 large bay windows offers 
amazing ocean views. The homeis charming, bright and sunny. It is 
entirely renovated and available for your enjoyment for a vacation 
rental.

The home  is complete with a full working kitchen, beautiful 
cabinetry, new furnishings, king bed , queen bed and sofa couch, 
appliances, and more. 

HD Plasma television with hundreds of satellite channels, CD

capabilities. 

You will also enjoy your new Koler bath, which is chrome, white and 
beigel. The home has the same stylish look throughout.
