This is a great little Florida bungalow with an in-ground swimming
pool and is only 6 houses from A1A(beach road). Cross the street and
enjoy the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with
tub/shower combo. One room has a queen bed while the other has 2
twin beds. The livingroom has a full size futon. There is an
enclosed porch off the kitchen which overlooks the pool and patio
area. The property has a fully fenced back yard with a great covered
patio. Enjoy a cup of coffee poolside in the morning and a cool
refreshing drink while splashing around in the afternoon. The fenced
yard is perfect for pets and does require an additional, refundable
pet deposit.

This little cottage has all the creature comforts of home including
a grill, coffee maker, oven/range, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots,
pans, dishes, washer/dryer(full size), cable television, blender,
microwave, linens, towels, pillows, ironing board, shampoo, hair
dryer, lotion, soap... Just bring your toothbrush and a swim suit!

min drive), approx. 45 minutes south of historic St.
Augustine, 50 minutes north of Kennedy Space Center, and one hour
east of Orlando (Disney's Magic Kingdom, EPCOT Center, and MGM
Studios, Universal Studios, Wet n' Wild Water Park, and Sea World).
