Our condo is newly decorated and with new carpet in soft aqua blue/seagreen decor that
will relax and comfort you every minute of your stay.
WIFI, Living rm with TV/DVD, Full kitchen, microwave, coffe pot, mixer. 1st master bedroom: with 1 queen bed and 1 roll away bed, 1 TV, DVD on main level. 2nd bedroom suite upstairs includes: 2 queen beds, 1 sofa with 2 chairs, 1 TV/VCR/DVD. Unit has 2 full baths, cathedral ceiling, skylight, 2 ceiling fans, front balcony with chairs and table that sights the ocean, and a back deck that overlooks the private pool. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron/board, air condition/heat, bike rack, 2 parking spaces with additional spaces as needed.
*Renter must supply: paper goods, linens for 3 queen beds, towels, soap.
*Renter must clean- All cleaning supplies provided. Unit is checked after each rental. Additional charge if unit is not left cleaned to specifications given by owner.
