Vacation Rental Description
Beautifully decorated 1 bedroom plus den condo in The Village at
Squaw Valley. It is an ideal fit for couples or families with one or
two children. There are queen sized sofa-beds in both the living
room and the den. The den also has a curtain that can separate it
for additional privacy. One of the great benefits of the complex is
its location. You can ski in and out. There is no need to spend 30-
45 minutes each morning and afternoon in traffic! My Condo is only
50 yards from the Tram and ticket booths. Lockers are included for
your ski/snowboard equipment.
This condo offers a view of the Village quad and the "Red Dog" part
of the mountain. There is a Starbucks just downstairs in the Events
plaza and many restaurants. Options include sushi, pizza, the Irish
pub, steak house, or cocktails at Pumpjacks, or enjoy a massage from
Trilogy's-in room or at the Spa in the Plaza. In the Spring through
Fall, there is a great paved biking trail from Squaw to Tahoe City
that is about 6 miles long. There are plenty of mountain trails too.
Enjoy the many festivities the village offers during the holidays.

Because I do not use the The Village at Squaw Valley-Intrawest's
rental management program and I do my own advertising, my pricing
is typically 25% less for the exact same condo. My condo is in one
of the best locations within The Village at Squaw.
Winter Dec 1 - April 30 $330/Night $1980/Week (1 night free)
Spring April 30 - June 15 $175/Night $1050/Week (1 night free)
Summer June 15 - Sept 15 $200/Night $1200/Week (1 night free)
Fall Sept 15 - Dec 1 $175/Night $1050/Week (1 night free)
Christmas Dec 23-30 $2900/Week
New Years Dec 30 - Jan 5 $2900/Week
Presidents Week $499/Night $2900/Week
Thanksgiving is the same rate as winter daily rates.
