distance to beach. Ocean view from 3 rooms. Located in Hither Hills
with full rights to a private beach. Minutes from Montauk town,
resturants, golf, tennis, shopping. 15 minutes from East Hamptons.
1,175 sq feet total house. The house is very comfortable for 1 or 2
couples or a small family.
