Vacation Rental Description

The Nevada City Art House is a perfect get-away for couples. Historic downtown Nevada City 
is within walking distance (one-half mile away). You'll spend lots of time looking at all the art 
and artfully done murals and rooms, as well as enjoy the beautiful yard with a walnut tree 
over 100 years. 

This modern cottage has the finest details throughout: granite counters, jacuzzi spa with 
fabulous mural, beautiful wood floors (including madrone), a second bathroom with a color 
scheme you won't forget. You'll enjoy the artwork indoors as well as in the garden - a 
walkway of color glass and tiled patios.

Each additional person @ $25 per night. 
$325: Two-night weekend     $275: Two-night weekday   Sun-Thurs: $495
$750: Weekly
 
When available: Nightly (weekend) @ $200   Nightly (weedkay) @ $175 
Rates are subject to 10% tariff (except for 31+ day rate)
Holiday rates apply to some weeks and weekends (Dec 20-Jan 2, Easter weekend, 
Thanksgiving weekend, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc) are 20% additional.


$200 deposit (refundable when left in good order)
