Vacation Rental Description

Just 2 hours from San Diego.The Home is located 16 miles South of
Ensenada, and set in the middle of the unique Punta Banda Pennisula
and is only 8 miles from the famous "La Bufadora".

This Modestly Decorated Property Includes:
A Main House and a Guest House 
The Homes are set back off the beach with Beautiful Ocean, and 
Island Views.  
Easy Unobstructed Access to the Beach.

Main House: 4 Bedrooms (5 Beds)
1st. floor:
3 Car Garage, 
1st Bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath,
2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds with a wall between them.

Second floor: 
Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, full bath
3rd Bedroom has a double bed and a full bath. 
On the same floor you have the living room with fireplace,
Dining Area, Kitchen (with 2 stoves)

This home has a private patio separate from the guest house.
and...a rooftop sun deck with a 180 degree view of the Ocean and 
Estuary.

Guest House: 3 Bedrooms
1st. floor:  
3 Car Garage, 
5th bdrm has a Single Bed and Full Bath.

2nd floor: 6th Bedroom (3 beds)
Open floor plan with Kitchen, Queen Size 
bed on a raised ocean view platform, living room (2 sofas), 
fireplace, Full Bath, from this floor you have an ocean view. 
There is an additional alcove with a single bed, and a double Futon 
Bed. Right before you enter the kitchen there is an outside dining 
area on the patio with an Estuary View.

3rd. floor: 7th Bedroom

We call it "The Captain’s Deck" it has a double bed, 1/2 bath, small 
sitting area, private sun deck, protected by glass, with ocean view. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a Large Area between the beach and the houses, giving you 
lots of space for large gatherings,parking, BBQ's, Vollyball, or for 
the kids to ride bikes and play. Great for Large Motor Home Parking, 
and Race Trailers.

24 Hour Private Security

Please bring drinking water. The homes here are generally heated by 
fireplace, but the guest house does have a heater. Please inquire 
about firewood. There are not dish washers.

Activities and Attractions

Horses, jet ski, and ATV rentals nearby.  
The seaport city of Ensenada is just a 30 minute drive, where one 
can tour all the sights, shop till you drop and then party the night 
away. 
La Bufadora is just a 10 minute drive where you can watch as the 
swells fill the surge channel and then blow sky high. 

There are miles of trails to hike or spend the day in the bay with 
your jet ski.  

Swim, walk the beaches or sit and read a book in the sun while 
others hit the golf course about 20 minutes away.  
View the geese and other migratory birds that come to feed in the 
estuary or visit the sand dunes in the preserve. 

This is a Great place for Kayaking.
