cottage. Rehabbed in 2002 for all the great amenities you want but we
kept the architechtural charm
of the original cottage. Off street parking an absolute plus in the

Ocean City is close enough to the casinos for those who love to
gamble but far enough away for you
to be safe in America's Greatest FAMILY Resort. We accept family
groups. No unattended teenagers.
Lease signer must be over 25 years old and present during the entire
lease week/s.

A pet friendly rental. Just let us know before you sign your lease
so we can include the pet
deposit. If you are allergic to animals this is NOT the rental for
you.

All deposits are refunded 1 month after check-out. Any deposit money
kept will be explained in
writing. We require $200.00 deposit at time of lease agreement. If
you are bringing a pet there is
an extra $200.00 pet deposit due at the same time.
