South Pacific St. Beachfront Condo in Oceanside

Rather than rent a vacation condo which only has a view of the beach
over other houses, condo complexes and streets, requiring that you
load up your towels, chairs and food and hike or drive to the sand,
stay where the only view is of sand, water and sunsets, and the only
sound is the waves. This beautiful one-bedroom condo is located in a
small two-story complex on a quiet street on the sand and next to
lifeguarded Buccaneer Beach. It has been completely remodeled and
refurnished as of June 1, 2006. All appiances, furniture, beds,
mattresses,cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils are new (not
used and reused). More like a Five-star hotel than a vacation rental.

The unit is one bedroom with a Queen-sized bed. There are also two
automatic inflate/deflate comfort adjustable. professional quality
pillowtop full-sized mattresses. There is a 50 inch wall mounted
plasma TV with DVD player,and stereo system with CD player above the
livingroom fireplace. On the balcony patio, there are chairs and a
new gas BBQ. There are beach towels and chairs for the sand. There
is one underground parking space and first come guest spaces in a
secure parking garage, with an elevator. After a tough day at the
beach, come back and enjoy the sauna. If you want to relax and look
at the incredible sunsets over a late dinner, this is the spot.

Located at the border of Carlsbad and Oceanside, you are within 15
minutes of Leggoland and the outlet mall (for the older kids!), less
than a mile from the Oceanside Pier (among the best surfing in So.
Cal),a mile from Carlsbad Village and 35 minutes from San Diego and
Sea World and the Zoo. If you're a golfer, La Costa and Torrey Pines
(home of the 2008 US Open) are calling.
