living/dining area, half bath downstairs, Washer/Dryer. 
Oversized One car garage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

City Of Cocoa Beach Community Pool has a kid friendly section with 
water slide and water falls and other fun stuff great for the kids.
Also an olympic size swimming pool with diving boards. 
If you have a small boat, Bring it! Ramp Road Boat Park is 3 blocks 
away. You can launch right into the river.
The Beach is an awesome place to watch Shuttle and Rocket Launches.

Most Beautiful Beaches on the space coast and fun for all.
Surfing, fishing, kayaking, boating the Banana River, Cocoa Beach's

$300 weekends Friday Thru Sunday 
$850 per week (7 full nights)$120 for additionals days 
$50 cleaning fee
6% Florida Sales Tax

(Dogs Welcome no limit on weight most Breeds)
Rates will increase from December 2007 thru July 2008
