Building One: This building is closest to the boardwalk and ocean.
It has a fantastic outdoor pool, restrooms, and a restaurant/convenience
store which is open everyday unil 7pm serving food and drinks. The newly expanded
boardwalk will take you to the beach without crossing any roads. It
bridges over the tidal marsh to the beachside cabana where food and
drinks are served in the summer season. Restrooms are available at the cabana as
well.
Building Two: Building 2 has racquet ball courts, platform tennis
courts, a swing set for the children, and a sundeck which is
protected from the wind on 2nd floor.
Building Three: A little cold outside? Come on into building three
which is completely enclosed. This building boasts an indoor pool,
Jacuzzi, kiddie pool, sauna, fitness area, card room, and a jogging
track and currently includes free WiFi in the card playing room.
Building Four: Tennis anyone? One of Hilton Head's favorite games
can be played here on the 4 interior lighted tennis courts. And if that's
not enough tennis for you, there are two more courts just outside
this building. On the north side of this building will be is a
picnic area perfect for grilling and spending a sunny day relaxing.
On the east side of this building will be the 2nd outdoor pool.
We are located between Singleton Beach Road and Palmetto Dunes
Plantation at approximatly mile marker 7.
Just north of us is Adventure Fun Cove which has many attractions
for the younger guests including: bumper cars, mini golf, batting
cages, arcade games, and a driving range. Just south of us you will
find Shelter Cove Mall and Marina where shoppers and restaurant
connoisseurs alike will find hours of enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Rates
Unit is normally rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Summer (5/20-9/2) and Holiday rate:
4-6 nights @$125 per night
or $750 per week
Off-season rate:
4-6 nights (3 night minimum) @$110 per night
or $600 per week
There is a 10% lodging accommodations tax that must be added to your
total.
Departure cleaning, linens and towels are included.
Anyone under 21 must be accompained by an adult. A $100 deposit is
required to hold the reservation with the balance due 30 days prior
to arrival. Check-in 3:00 PM, Checkout by 12:00 PM.  We accept Credit cards, money orders and cashiers checks but not personal checks or Paypal.

Once full payment is received, you will be sent the combination for
the Condos lock box and a Front Gate pass which you will turn in at the Security gate in exchange for a parking pass for the duration of your
stay.  I will email to you the password for the wireless Internet.
