This property is in wonderful condition and very very clean. The beach was sandy as pictured and the fishing was great! A big plus was the rental included a pontoon boat which we used every day for fishing as my son brought his spead boat for water skiing, tubing, boarding, etc. The lake is great for swimming as well. It was great to have two laundry rooms, two kitchens when you have a group of 15. It would have been nice to have had a great room in the basement so everyone could have been together but we managed on the back deck. However, the sun hits it in the afternoon and it gets pretty warm. The owners are wonderful to deal with and answered any questions we had along the way. We all enjoyed the hot tub which was another plus. I would highly recommend this property. Hopefully the owners will replace the outside furniture on the back deck as that did need some work. They did have lots of chairs in the basement we could use around the fire pit in the back yard and wood was plentiful. We brought a chain saw along to assist us in cutting wood for the fire which we certainly used. We took several trips into Hayward which was 30 miles away for canoeing and river tubing. Lots to do around the area.
