Amazing Wailea Ekahi 11E Big Ocean View Lower Village in Wailea

This is the spot you dream of when you think ocean front island luxury. Our newly remodeled condo is unique at Wailea Ekahi Village and offers quality, comfortable luxury with a Hawaiian feel and exceptional ocean and west maui mountain views. This has been a high end luxury remodel. Everything was removed inside, walls rearranged, ceilings raised, central A/C add along with new baths, kitchen and all new furniture.

We are less than a 2 minute stroll from the beach down Ekahi's greenbelt or via paved access road. Ekahi Village has 34 acres of tropical splendor and opens thru a locked gate on to Keawakapu Beach. Access to the boardwalk south along Wailea Resort begins 50' down the beach. Walk the beach or sidewalk to restaurants, shopping and more.

Our 2006 remodel has created a small, private, second bedroom with bath and dressing area from the original 1 bedroom 2 bath floor plan. This special space will function as a spacious hallway to the second bath until one or two twin beds are opened.

For families of 4 the wall bed converts the single twin into bunk beds. For 3, adults, just drop down the lower bunk. A sliding screen will provide privacy. We think this is a
comfortable and unique way to offer a second private sleep zone or a spacious one
bedroom with a double bath. We can also accommodate 4 adults using the queen sleep
sofa in the living room. 4 is our maximum occupancy - Our association strictly inforces
this occupancy.

Enjoy our Teak & Corian Kitchen with high-end appliances. This space was gutted and now offers plenty of space for 2 cooks and more efficient counter space. We have a minimum of 9' ceilings through out, with cathederal or cove ceilings in the living/dining room, bedroom and kitchen.
