ultimate luxury beach vacation in a delightful, new, four bedroom,
three bath, beach house treasure in exclusive Old Florida Village in
Santa Rosa Beach. This community on 30-A is brand new and located
within steps to bicycle paths that will take you along the adorable
beach communities of Seaside, Blue Mountain Beach, Dune Allen, Gulf
Place, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.
Our beach house is in a prime location overlooking one of two
community pools, you are minutes from the beach, shopping, and many
great restaurants. You can take the short walk (500 yards to the
beach) to soak up the sun on our famous sugar white beaches and play
in the surf in our crystal, emerald waters.
This tropical beach house paradise is brimming with special touches
throughout like granite countertops. Riverstone Tile floors
throughout the entire second level and private porche off the main
living room add to the private oasis and ambiance. You'll enjoy many
peaceful mourings sipping coffee on your porch overlooking the pool
before heading out to the beach for another sun drenched day of
emerald-colored waves that lap the shores of our sugar white beaches.
Beach Bungalow has many fun handpainted art pieces from a local
famous artist. You can view her work at the popular restaurant The
Red Bar in Grayton Beach or Shades restaurant in Seaside. This beach
house includes all the comforts of home including first-class
furnishings, a TV/VCR/DVD combination in every room. And for those of
you who must "work" while on vacation, you will appreciate the recent
addition of wireless high-speed Internet/DSL service as an added
benefit.
The master bedroom is a private Island paradise. Decorated with
elegant colors and appointed with lush, luxury kingsize bedding and
featherbed topper, you'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. A
private porch with comfortable Adirondack chairs completes your
relaxing getaway. The master bath includes both a stand-up shower
along with a tub to melt away any stresses from work or home. His and
hers closets along with hand accent painted chest of drawers offer
ample storage for a week or a month in paradise.
Also located on the main floor, the beachy bunkroom includes a
complete bunkbed. This fun room comes with a mounted TV, VCR/DVD, and
the PS2 can easily be hooked up for entertaining the kids when they
are not in the pool, riding bikes, or at the beach.
The guest room on the first floor is a whimsical suite with bright
colors and queen-size luxury bedding. It is tucked away in the rear
of the home overlooing a private beach forest.
The forth bedroom is located upstairs with the kitchen and main
livingroom. Perfect for teenagers or perhaps a nanny. This fun surfer
style room includes 2 twin beds. There is a full bath just across the
hall.
Old Florida Village is a quaint new neighborhood of 67+
colorful "Seaside-cottage-style" homes with winding brick-lined
streets and lush, tropical landscaping. "'Beach Bugalo' is positioned
directly across from the second community pool and definitely stands
out from the crowd! You'll appreciate the soft Khacki exterior color
and Caribbean Mango accents that adorn the front of this cottage. A
side entrance beckon you in to enjoy all the delightful special
touches from luxury bedding, granite countertops and impressive
furnishings.
